Not sure what to do...
I have a very small class so all of my students' personalities are pretty noticeable. Well, all of my girls are pretty head strong and has leadership qualities. There is a lot of competition amongst them. However, thats another issue.
The issue I need help with is about a little girl in my class who is very different from my other girls. She is timid, generally a follower, and super-sweet. I'm afraid she is being left out around the other girls. They are not mean to her, they just don't include her very much in what they do if we have free time. Right now, it doesn't seem to bother the little girl too much but I feel like I should do something. But, I'm afraid that if I do, I will be putting unnecessary attention on the situation and it will be made in a bigger deal.
I've never had this problem before so I'm not sure what to do...
