A question about the High Reach curriculum

We do not use this curriculum but someone donated a huge stack of what I thought to be puzzles. There are actually memory game card size cards laid out on cardbd for support in packaging probably. Some say math manipulatives, others don't say. Some I can figure out how to use; matching, sorting, etc. but again, others I'm not sure about.
Anyone familiar with what I'm referring to? If so, would you please let me know how they're to be used? It looks like there's at least 2 sets, some several of the same. Are they used for large/small group work or centers?

It could be that the ones you don't recognize are "math mats" that program was big on them when I used it....a long time ago. It would be a themed scene.....like a farm and you might have 3 ducks and 3 geese or 3 mom's and 3 baby animals. It would ask you to sort them, then pattern them, then count them, then prepare to add them and so on. Just manipulitives. I rarely used them because I was doing the same things with the regular manipulives I had in the room.
