A little unsolicited advice: Identify the official terminology this test requires, and practice both (a) applying each term and (b) coming up with examples of each term in action that are as personally relevant as possible. I'm guessing that 191 is a content exam: well, cooking is chock full of science, and history is the world's longest running tale of a highly dysfunctional family...
